Virtual Storytelling Series – April 12, 2021

April is Poetry Month!

Join us at Orangeville Public Library for a celebration of poetry with local poet Marion Frazer. Marion will reflect on how people connect with poems and will share a few favourites from her collection, “As I Was Saying”.

In “As I Was Saying”, Marion invites the reader into an ongoing conversation-one that, at times, skims the surface of experience, and at others, dives deeper. Just as a conversation drifts from one idea to another, so this subject matter flows from light and playful to heart-wrenchingly tragic and true.

This event will be facilitated through Microsoft Teams.

Caledon Library Local Authors

Caledon Public Library’s Read Local Caledon collection is designed to celebrate our community’s talented, vibrant, contemporary authors.  It is an opportunity for CPL to recognise and pay tribute to our home grown authors.  Our goal is to make works by local authors, more visible online, in the catalogue, on our shelves and to enrich our library collections.

Marion Fraser will be the featured author for their “Poetry Month” this April.
